There is deliberately no contact form on this site. A form would mean collecting and storing personal data, and the whole point of PayoffLab is that it collects none. Email is simpler and leaves you in control of what you share.
Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, statements or any other sensitive personal document. We do not need them and will not use them. If you are reporting a calculation problem, the four figures we need are the loan amount, the rate, the term and the extra payment you entered.
What we can and cannot help with
- Yes: a number on the site that looks wrong, a formula question, a broken feature, an accessibility problem, a correction to the methodology, or an advertising enquiry.
- No: personal financial advice, mortgage quotes, refinancing recommendations, or an opinion on what you should do with your money. We are not licensed to give it and we will not pretend otherwise. For that, speak to a licensed mortgage professional, a certified financial planner or a tax adviser.
We also cannot contact your servicer for you, change your loan, or tell you your balance — only your servicer can do those things.
